You may access and exercise these rights by means of a signed written request that may be sent to the following e-mail address: support@cartowall.com.

These rights will be met within a period of 1 month, which may be extended to 2 months if the complexity of the application or the number of applications received so requires. This is without prejudice to the duty to retain certain data in accordance with the law and until the possible liabilities arising from any processing or, where applicable, from a contractual relationship, are extinguished.

In addition to the above, and in accordance with data protection regulations, users who so request have the possibility of organising the destination of their data after their death.

You may at any time instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes.
